Christmas Deliveries 2016

Unfortunately, our Order Book for December/Christmas 2016 is now FULL.  The next available delivery date is Friday, 6th January 2017.

Unfortunately, there is a minimum spend of £20 on all orders that require delivery. 

We are able to offer delivery to all addresses in England, Wales and the Scottish mainland from Aberdeen southwards. Delivery costs are extremely high in other areas; therefore, we cannot deliver elsewhere.  Currently, we do not offer shipping overseas.

All deliveries are dispatched using our trusted 24 hour courier and require a signature upon receipt.


Our pies are packed to ensure that they stay as fresh as possible on their journey to you.  Once your pies have been freshly baked and cooled, they are wrapped and labelled accordingly.  Your pies are then placed inside an insulated chill-box and covered with ice-gel packs (to keep your pies cold).  The chill-box is then sealed securely and labelled with your name and address details. 

Our couriers will collect your order in the late afternoon, and deliver it to you the next day.  The ice-gel packs will keep your products safely chilled for 48 hours.  Feel free to re-use your ice-gel packs;  they are ideal for taking on picnics!

Delivery Costs

Spends under £75 incur a delivery cost of £10.  This is to cover the cost of shipping and the cost of packaging; the special cooling packaging that we use to keep your products in tip top condition is very expensive.  Spends over £75 are delivered free of charge.

Ordering & Dispatch 

We are able to offer delivery on the following days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. 

The table below shows the earliest possible delivery day after an order has been placed.  Later delivery dates can be selected during the checkout process.

Dispatch Times

Your order will arrive anytime between *8.30am and 5.00pm on the chosen delivery day.  Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to give you an exact time for delivery. 

*This is subject to change during peak periods such as Christmas. 

Receipt of Delivery

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.  If you are sending your order as a gift to someone else, at an alternative address, it would be a good idea to let them in on the surprise!

That being said, we realise that it's not always possible to wait in for a delivery.  When you place your order, you will be asked to provide 'Special Delivery Instructions' for our courier.  These instructions are very important.  They tell our courier what to do (where to leave your parcel) should you be out when she/he arrives to deliver your order. 

If you do not provide these details, and you do happen to be out when our courier arrives, our courier will either;

A) Find a safe place to leave your goods; this may be in a garden shed, garage, porch or with a neighbour.


B) Take your goods back to the delivery depot, leaving a calling card, asking for you to re-arrange the delivery. 

The delivery will be deemed complete, either when you receive the delivery in person, or when the delivery is left in a safe place.  If our courier leaves a calling card, it is always the recipient's responsibility to contact our courier to re-arrange delivery.  Due to the perishable nature of our produce, all goods will be destryoed if delivery is not re-arranged within 48 hours.  No refunds will be given.

Delays or loss in transit

All orders should arrive by 5pm on the requested delivery date (unless otherwise discussed).  Should your order not arrive by this time, please contact us immediately on 01282 617557 or by email;  We will look into the delay immediately and inform you of the situation by phone or by email.

Should your order not be delivered within one working day of the date given in the order confirmation, you will be entitled to a full refund.  Please note that your goods will be kept perfectly cool for up to 48 hours in their specialist packaging.

Trade Deliveries

We are able to offer nationwide delivery via overnight courier four days a week; Tuesday to Friday inclusive. 

Our pies are neatly packed alongside frozen gel ice packs in food safe insulated boxes. This means that the pies remain at a safe temperature whilst on their journey to you. More information about the specialist packaging we use to transport our pies can be found here.
