Traditional Pork Pies

Our classic pork pies are made using only the finest quality ingredients, including 100% free range pork and our delicious hot water pastry.   Each pie is hand pressed, hand filled and baked with love.

Technical Stuff

Our cold eating pies are freshly baked on the morning of dispatch.  For the best pie experience possible, consume within two days of arrival.  Keep the pies refrigerated and away from raw food products.  Our cold eating pies can be frozen, but it's best to do this as soon as they arrive.  For best results, consume within three months.  Always defrost in the fridge, and ensure that the product is fully defrosted before tucking in!

*Please note: the hot water pastry we make to create our award winning pork pies is much softer than the pastry found on traditional Melton Mowbray pork pies, or the pies that can be purchased from supermarkets.  We refer to our pork pies as 'butcher-style' pork pies.  The savoury jelly that we use to keep the pork meat succulent adds to the softeness of the pastry, which does increase over time. 

Large Pork & Egg Pie
